I stumbled upon a perfect Raptor canopy that is available easily through Tower Hobbies. It is the Great Planes UltraSport 60 canopy for about 10 bucks. I had an old US60 canopy at home from a previous crash and for some reason I couldn't part with the canopy. Anyway, I looked at it the other day and noticed that the curvature was nearly identical to the Raptor canopy. My poor Raptor canopy had been broken during a midair with a Great Planes Cub.

I put the old canopy into the US60 canopy and cut
around the edges. I then trimmed it
to fit. In fact I think it fits
better then the original!
